1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online service ravine-hare.com (hereinafter: Service) and the provision of services by electronic means.
1.2. The owner and operator of the Service is ravine-hare with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Nowy Świat 42/15, 00-363 Warsaw (hereinafter: Service Provider).
1.3. Using the Service means acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
Service — The website available at ravine-hare.com.
User — A natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, using the Service.
Services — Services provided by the Service Provider, including consultations, workshops, coaching, and training.
Contact Form — A form available on the Service that allows sending an inquiry to the Service Provider.
3. Rules for using the Service
3.1. The use of the Service is free of charge.
3.2. The User undertakes to use the Service in accordance with applicable law, the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, and the rules of social coexistence.
3.3. The User undertakes not to take actions that could disrupt the proper functioning of the Service.
3.4. It is prohibited for the User to provide content of an unlawful nature.
4. Electronic Services
4.1. As part of the Service, the Service Provider provides the following electronic services:
- Provision of informational content
- Contact form
- Possibility to inquire about services
4.2. Electronic services are provided free of charge.
4.3. The agreement for the provision of the electronic service involving the use of the contact form is concluded for a definite period and terminates upon sending the message.
5. Conditions for Ordering Services
5.1. The information about services presented on the Service constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code.
5.2. Sending the contact form does not constitute the conclusion of a service contract.
5.3. Detailed conditions for the provision of services, including price, scope, and date of performance, are determined individually after contact with the User.
5.4. The service contract is concluded upon confirmation of cooperation conditions by both parties.
6. Prices and Payments
6.1. The prices for services given on the Service are net prices and may not include VAT.
6.2. The final price of the service is determined individually and confirmed before the start of its performance.
6.3. Payment for services is made according to the terms individually agreed with the User.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1. A User who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
7.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to services whose performance began with the User's express consent before the deadline for withdrawal.
7.3. In the event of cancellation of an agreed service less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, the Service Provider reserves the right to charge a fee equal to 50% of the service value.
8. Complaints
8.1. The User has the right to submit complaints regarding the services provided.

8.3. The complaint should contain a description of the problem and the User's contact details.
8.4. The Service Provider will consider the complaint within 14 days from its receipt.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
9.1. All content published on the Service, including texts, graphics, logos, photos, and multimedia materials, are the property of the Service Provider or are used under appropriate licenses.
9.2. Copying, distributing, or using materials from the Service without the Service Provider's written consent is prohibited.
10. Liability
10.1. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in access to the Service caused by technical failures or maintenance work.
10.2. The Service Provider does not guarantee that the User will achieve specific results by using the services.
10.3. The results of the services may vary depending on individual predispositions, commitment, and external circumstances.
11. Protection of Personal Data
11.1. The administrator of Users' personal data is the Service Provider.
11.2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy.
12. Final Provisions
12.1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
12.2. Users will be informed about changes to the Terms and Conditions by publishing the updated version on the Service.
12.3. In matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
12.4. All disputes arising from the use of the Service or the provision of services will be settled by the court competent for the Service Provider's registered office.
