2. Purposes and Legal Bases of Processing

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR – necessity for the performance of a contract or for taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
b) Handling inquiries
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller in corresponding with persons interested in the services.
c) Analysis and statistics
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR – legitimate interest of the controller in analyzing user activity to improve the service.
d) Direct marketing
Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR – your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
3. Data Recipients
Your personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:
- Hosting and IT service providers
- Analytics service providers
- Auditing companies
- Law firms cooperating with the controller
- Government authorities, if required by law
4. Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be stored for the following period:
- Necessary for the provision of the service, and subsequently for the statutory limitation period for claims
- Until consent is withdrawn – in the case of processing based on consent
- Until a successful objection – in the case of processing based on a legitimate interest
- Required by law – in the case of legal obligations

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
Right to access information
You have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and a copy thereof.
Right to rectification
You have the right to demand without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and the completion of incomplete data.
Right to erasure ('right to be forgotten')
You have the right to demand the immediate erasure of personal data concerning you under the conditions set out in Art. 17 GDPR.
Right to restriction of processing
You have the right to demand restriction of processing under the conditions set out in Art. 18 GDPR.
Right to data portability
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to a controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Right to object
You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, at any time to processing of personal data concerning you which is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f GDPR.
Right to withdraw consent
If processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
6. Necessity of providing data
The provision of personal data is voluntary, but the non-provision of certain data may make it impossible to provide a service or process an inquiry.
7. Automated decision-making
The controller does not take decisions based solely on automated processing – including profiling – which would produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
8. Transfer of data to third countries
Your personal data may be transferred to third countries only in connection with the use of IT service providers that ensure an adequate level of data protection (e.g. on the basis of a decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses).
